Laurin Macios was born in Miami, Florida and raised just short of everywhere (Florida, Germany, North Carolina, Colorado, and Holland). She has her MFA in Creative Writing Poetry from the University of New Hampshire and is Program Director of
Mass Poetry. She previously worked in publishing (Springer, Apress, & Pearson) and taught writing courses at UNH. She lives in Boston with six plants and one wicked awesome husband. Her publicatons can be perused at
