About me
Retired Executive Director of the National Resource Center for Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes, Kali Lightfoot earned an MFA in Poetry at Vermont College of Fine Arts in July 2015. She lives an LGBTQ life in Salem, MA. Her poems and reviews of poetry books have been published in a number of journals and anthologies. Her poems have been nominated twice for Pushcart and once for Best of the Net. Pelted by Flowers, her first full-length collection of poems, published in April 2021 by CavanKerry Press, was chosen a Must Read for 2022 by the Massachusetts Center for the Book, and was Best Dressed on the Wardrobe blog at Sundress Publications. When not writing, she loves to be in conversations, walk in interesting places, and read.
