About me
Heather Treseler is the author of Parturition, which received the Munster Literature Centre's international chapbook prize and the Jean Pedrick chapbook prize in 2020. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Cincinnati Review, Harvard Review, JAMA, and The American Scholar, among other journals; her sequence "The Lucie Odes" won The Missouri Review's Jeffrey E. Smith Editors' Prize last year. Her essays appear in the Los Angeles Review of Books, Boston Review, and in eight books about American poetry. She is an associate professor of English at Worcester State University, where she teaches courses in poetry and non-fiction, and a resident scholar at the Brandeis Women's Studies Research Center.
